STAGING — practice copy for testing. Not real customers, not real money.

This agreement is between Dynamic Global Group (a sole trader business in Perth, Western Australia, "we", "us") and the business that signs up to use TradieRates ("you"). It applies when the owner of the business ticks "I agree", and covers everyone who uses TradieRates for the business.

We have kept it in plain English. If anything is unclear, ask us: joseph@dynamicglobal.com.au.

1. What TradieRates is

TradieRates is online software for pricing trade work. It includes quoting tools built from your own rates, times and materials, site visits, saved quotes, proposals and PDFs, connections to other apps (such as Jobber), and the website your team signs in to.

2. Your account and your team

3. Fees

Current prices, all including GST:

The platform fee and licences are charged together as one yearly total and renew automatically each year until cancelled. A quoting tool switched on part-way through your year is charged for the rest of that year only (pro-rata); from the next renewal it is charged in full. Settings → Subscription always shows your current total and renewal date.

Any free period or special offer applies only if we have agreed it in writing or it is shown in your Subscription screen. A free period may need a card to start; nothing is charged until it ends.

Refining and fixing quoting tools you already have is included in your subscription.

We may change our prices. We will tell you at least 30 days before a change affects you, and it applies from your next renewal.

8. Checking your quotes

TradieRates works out prices from the rates, times, materials and measurements you give it. You are responsible for checking every quote and proposal before you send it, and for the prices you agree with your customers. If something looks wrong, tell us and we will fix it.

9. Other apps

TradieRates can connect to other services such as Jobber and Stripe. Those services have their own terms, and we are not responsible for how they work or if they are unavailable. You can disconnect them at any time.

12. Ending the agreement

You can end it by cancelling (section 5). We may suspend or end your access if fees remain unpaid (section 4), or if TradieRates is misused, after telling you why where we reasonably can.

13. Changes to this agreement

We may update this agreement. If we do, the owner will be asked to agree to the new version the next time they sign in. The version date is shown at the top.
